Client onboarding guide

How we work, communication channels, and what to expect in the first weeks of the project.

Week 1 — Kickoff

An initial meeting to align business goals, technical scope and success criteria. We define the primary communication channel (Slack or Microsoft Teams) and share the detailed work plan.

Weeks 2-3 — Discovery and architecture

Technical requirements gathering, architecture and stack definition. We deliver an architecture document for review and approval before development begins.

Communication channels

A dedicated Slack/Teams channel for the project.
Weekly 30-minute follow-up meeting.
A shared task board (Jira or Linear, based on client preference).
